Upload File

You may send files for printing to us directly via our FTP server. Before you send files, please make sure you compress all of your relevant files into a single archive file using a compression utility that results in a .ZIP or .SIT package so that your printing files are not corrupted during transit. On a PC you may use a utility like Stuffit or PKZIP to do this. On a Macintosh, you can right click on a folder containing your files and select "compress name-of-folder" to create a .ZIP archive.

1. Preparing Your Files To Send In a Single Folder:
In order to successfully send binary files [generated from InDesign, or Quark Xpress] over the internet via FTP, you need to prepare them first. Collect all of the files for your project [i.e.: fonts, photos, tiffs, eps files, .ai files, etc.] as well as the InDesign and Quark files for your work into a single folder. In InDesign the File/Package command in the File menu will do this for you. In Quark Xpress, the File/Collect For Output command will do the same. Be sure to avoid spaces in the folder name as our server requires filenames without them. Name your folder like this: "june_postcard_files" and use dash or underscore between words in the filename.

2. Compress Your Folder Into A Single File For Upload:
